Terms and Conditions

Please read these before you register. By opening an account you agree to them. This version took effect on 21 September 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Jumpman Gaming Limited ("we", "us"), of La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney, GY9 3TQ, United Kingdom, which operates the wongagames.co site. We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission, account number 39175, remote licence 039175-R-319452-025, for Casino Remote and Bingo Remote activities. You can check our current licence status on the Gambling Commission public register.

These terms apply to every gambling product offered on wongagames.co, including casino, slots, table games, bingo, Slingo, keno and any other game we add to the site. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the rules shown inside each game. Where a game's own rules and these terms say different things about how that game is played, settled or paid, the game rules take priority for that game; these terms govern everything else.

The current version of these terms took effect on 21 September 2026.

2. 18+ and eligibility

You may only use wongagames.co if all of the following are true:

  • you are 18 or over;
  • you live in the United Kingdom and are using the site from there;
  • you are not currently self-excluded from us or through GAMSTOP;
  • you are gambling for yourself, with your own money, and not for anyone else;
  • you are not an employee of Jumpman Gaming Limited or a close relative of one.

The 18+ rule covers everything on the site, including any free-to-play or demo versions of gambling games we may offer. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it, return deposits, and void any winnings.

Gambling online is illegal in some countries. If you are physically outside the United Kingdom, even temporarily, it is your responsibility to check and comply with the law where you are; we may block access from places where we are not allowed to offer gambling. If you move outside the United Kingdom, you must tell us. We may restrict or close your account if we are not allowed to provide gambling services in your new location, and we will pay out any balance you are entitled to after the usual checks.

3. Registration

Accounts are for individuals only. Companies, partnerships, trusts and other organisations can't register, and an account can't be opened on someone else's behalf.

You must give accurate, complete details when you register and confirm that they are true. You must update your personal details immediately if they change, for example a new address, name or email, from My Account or by writing to support@wongagames.co. You must confirm your email address using the activation link before the account can be used. We may refuse any registration without giving a reason.

We may ask for additional information or documents at any time, not only when you register, to complete verification or meet our regulatory requirements. Until you provide them we may restrict what the account can do.

4. One account per person

Each person may hold one account. To detect duplicate accounts we compare the details we hold, including names, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, payment details, IP addresses, device identifiers and cookies, and we may use third-party identity services for the same purpose.

Where we find more than one account for the same person, household or payment card being used to get around these terms, we may close the extra accounts, void activity on them and withhold any winnings, bonuses or funds connected to the breach, as described in section 12. Deposits that were not used for gambling are returned unless the law prevents it.

5. Verification

We must verify your name, address and date of birth before you deposit or gamble. We use electronic checks with credit reference agencies and may ask for photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of where your money comes from. A credit reference search leaves a footprint on your file that other lenders can see, but it does not affect your credit score. How the process works, what documents are accepted and what each status means is explained on Account & Verification.

Verification is not a one-off. We may need to verify you again, or ask for more, at other points while you use the account: before your first withdrawal, when you change payment details, when deposits or withdrawals are large or unusual for you, when your details change, when a check we ran earlier expires, or when the law or the Gambling Commission requires it.

If we can't complete verification, we won't let you deposit or play, and we may suspend withdrawals until the checks are done. If verification fails, or you don't provide what we ask for within a reasonable time, we may close the account. In that case we return your deposits, less any amount already withdrawn, and any winnings from play while the account was unverified may be withheld where the law or our licence conditions require it.

6. Account security

Keep your password private and don't let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on it unless it happened because of our failure. We are not liable for losses caused by your own actions or omissions, for example sharing your password, leaving yourself logged in on a shared device, letting other people use your device or email account, or ignoring a security warning from us.

Tell us straight away at support@wongagames.co if you think someone else has access. If we suspect unauthorised access, or activity that doesn't look like you, we may temporarily lock the account for security. We will contact you at your registered email to confirm your identity and restore access.

7. Deposits and customer funds

The payment methods available to you are shown in My Account → Deposit and listed, with limits and timings, on Payments. At present deposits are made with a Visa debit card registered in your name; where we add other methods, such as Mastercard debit, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard or pay by mobile, they appear there once they are live and the same rules apply to them. The minimum deposit is £10.00 and the maximum per transaction is £5,000.00. Deposits are credited once the payment is authorised.

You may only deposit with a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from cards, wallets or accounts belonging to anyone else are prohibited and will be returned, and the account may be closed. We don't accept credit cards or wallets funded by credit, and you must not deposit money obtained through crime. We may decline or reverse any deposit without giving a reason, for example where a payment fails a fraud or affordability check.

Protection of customer funds

We are required by the Gambling Commission to tell you how your money is protected if we became insolvent. We hold customer funds in a bank account that is separate from our own company money. Under the Gambling Commission's insolvency rating scale this arrangement is rated "not protected, segregation of customer funds", sometimes described as basic segregation. This means customer funds are kept apart from company funds, but they would still form part of the company's assets in an insolvency, so there is a risk that not all funds would be returned to customers. For more information, see the Gambling Commission's guidance on protecting customer funds.

You must acknowledge this information before making your first deposit; the deposit form asks you to confirm you have read it. If these arrangements change, we will show you the new wording and ask you to acknowledge it again before you deposit.

8. Withdrawals

You may withdraw any available balance, minimum £10.00, to the payment method you deposited with. Withdrawals are only paid to the account holder, to a card or account in your own name; we do not process third-party withdrawals. We don't charge withdrawal fees. Once requested, a withdrawal can't be returned to your balance for further play.

We aim to review each withdrawal within 1 working day. Once approved, the money normally reaches your card within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your bank. This may take longer if we need to complete or repeat verification, run anti-money laundering checks, or investigate a possible breach of these terms. Before a large withdrawal, or where the pattern of deposits doesn't match what we know about you, we may ask for proof of the source of your funds and pause the withdrawal until we have it.

9. Casino gameplay

Stakes are taken from your balance when a game round begins, and winnings are added when the round is settled. Every game has its own rules, stake limits and return to player (RTP) percentage. You can read them on the game's page on this site before you log in, and inside the game through its information or help button. RTP differs from game to game and from studio to studio, and some games offer more than one RTP setting; the figure shown in the game you are playing is the one that applies.

All stakes, winnings and balances on wongagames.co are in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card or bank account is in another currency, your card issuer converts the amount and may charge for doing so; we don't apply any conversion of our own. Slots offered to customers in Great Britain have no autoplay, no turbo or quick-spin features, and a minimum spin speed of 2.5 seconds.

10. Bingo

Bingo-style games, including Slingo and keno, are provided under our Bingo Remote licence. They may be single-player games, where you play against the game alone, or multiplayer rooms where several customers buy tickets for the same draw and share the prizes. Each game shows its ticket or spin price, the patterns or lines that win and the prizes before you buy. Multiplayer rooms, where offered, have their own room rules, including start times, ticket limits and how shared prizes are split.

If a bingo or Slingo game fails or is interrupted, the rules on malfunctions in section 11 apply in the same way as for casino games: affected games are void and ticket prices or stakes are returned.

11. Game results and malfunctions

Game outcomes are decided by random number generators tested by independent laboratories. The record held on the game server is final. If a game malfunctions, including a fault in the game software, our platform, a payment or a display error, all stakes and winnings in the affected rounds are void: stakes are returned to your balance and any winnings from those rounds are removed. We don't pay prizes that result from an obvious error in a game or on the site, but we will explain what happened and return the stake.

If you suspect a game malfunction, you must report it to us immediately at support@wongagames.co and stop playing the game until we have replied. Continuing to play a game you believe is faulty may itself be treated as exploiting a fault under section 12.

12. Prohibited activity

You must not: use the site on behalf of someone else; use bots or other automated tools; exploit software faults; collude with other players; use stolen or third-party payment methods; launder money; use a VPN, proxy or any other means to hide where you are or to get around geographic or other restrictions; or harass our staff.

If we reasonably believe you have done any of these, we may suspend or close the account and withhold funds linked to that activity, and we will report it to the authorities where the law requires. We may also share information about suspected fraud, money laundering or match-fixing with the police, the Gambling Commission, payment providers, fraud prevention agencies and other licensed gambling operators, in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible Gambling

You can set deposit and loss limits, start a time-out, self-exclude or close your account at any time from My Account. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases and removals take effect after 24 hours. We monitor accounts for signs of harm and may contact you, set limits, or suspend an account to protect you. The tools are explained on Responsible Gambling.

Self-exclusion from wongagames.co lasts for the period you choose, from six months upwards. Once you self-exclude, your account is closed and cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period ends, and even then only if you ask us and wait through a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can also self-exclude through GAMSTOP, the free national scheme, which covers all online gambling operators licensed in Great Britain, including us, for the period you choose.

For independent, confidential support, contact GambleAware, GamCare or the NHS gambling addiction service, or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free, 24 hours a day.

14. Suspension

We may suspend an account while we complete verification, investigate a breach of these terms, or where we are concerned about harm. During suspension you can't deposit or play, and withdrawals are held until the check or investigation is finished; once it is, any balance you are entitled to is released.

We will normally tell you why before or at the time we suspend the account. Where telling you first would defeat the purpose, for example if we suspect fraud or a payment problem that needs to be stopped immediately, or where the law prevents us from explaining, we may suspend first and tell you afterwards.

15. Closure

You may close your account at any time from My Account or by emailing support@wongagames.co. Before we pay out the remaining balance we may ask you to complete or repeat verification, so that the money goes to the right person and our anti-money laundering duties are met.

We may close your account with reasonable notice, or straight away if you break these terms. On closure we pay out any balance you are entitled to, after any checks we are required to make. Where we close the account because of a breach of these terms, funds linked to that breach may be withheld in full or in part, as set out in section 12; deposits not connected to the breach are returned. Closed accounts can only be reopened at our discretion, and never while a self-exclusion is running.

16. Complaints and ADR

Send complaints to support@wongagames.co or through the contact form. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and send a final response within 8 weeks. The steps are set out on Contact & Complaints.

If you are unhappy with our final response, or we haven't given one within 8 weeks, you can refer the dispute to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. IBAS is an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider approved by the Gambling Commission. Their service is free for customers. You can find more information and submit a complaint on the IBAS website. IBAS can only consider a dispute after you have completed our complaints process, and the ADR provider's decision is binding on us. Using ADR does not stop you taking the matter to court if you prefer.

17. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of your part of the United Kingdom can hear disputes. We may update these terms, for example when regulations change or when we add products or payment methods. We will tell you about important changes before they apply by email, by a notice when you log in, or by another prominent notice on the site, and you will need to accept the new version the next time you log in. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account and withdraw your balance.

18. Bonuses and promotions

wongagames.co does not currently offer bonuses, free spins or deposit-match promotions. If we introduce a promotion, its full terms, including any wagering requirement, expiry, game restrictions, maximum stake while wagering, maximum winnings from bonus funds and the rules for cancelling a bonus, will be published on the site and shown to you before you opt in. Any wagering requirement will not exceed the limits set by the Gambling Commission's licence conditions, and promotion terms will never override the Responsible Gambling protections in section 13.

19. Intellectual property

The content of the site, including the wongagames.co name and logo, text, layout, images, software and the games themselves, belongs to Jumpman Gaming Limited or to the studios and platform providers who license it to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may use it only to play on the site for your own personal entertainment. You must not copy, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the site or paying out that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, failures of third-party systems, cyber attacks, industrial action, fire, flood, epidemics, acts of government or regulators, or changes in the law. While such an event lasts we may suspend some or all services; your balance stays yours and is available once normal service resumes.

21. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company, for example if the business or the licence is sold or reorganised, provided your rights are not reduced and the new operator is licensed by the Gambling Commission. We will tell you before this happens. Your account is personal to you: you can't transfer, sell or lend it, or any balance on it, to anyone else.
