Tools in your account
Open the toolsDeposit Limits
Daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits, plus a monthly net deposit limit and a loss limit. Lowering a limit is immediate. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours, so the decision isn't made in the heat of a session.
Time-Out
Lock your account for 24 hours, 7, 14 or 30 days, or 6 weeks. You're logged out straight away and can't log back in until the time is up.
Self-Exclusion
Close the account for 6 months, 1, 2 or 5 years. It can't be lifted early. When it ends, the account stays closed until you ask us to reopen it, and reopening takes a further 24 hours.
GAMSTOP
GAMSTOP is a free national scheme. One registration excludes you from every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain, including this one, for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
Activity control
Switch on a reality check that interrupts you every 15 to 60 minutes. Transaction History and Game History show exactly what you've deposited and played, any time.
Account closure
Close the account from My Account if you've simply stopped using it. If gambling is the reason, pick self-exclusion instead, because a closed account can be reopened and an exclusion can't.

Under 18s
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to gamble with us. We check the age of every customer before they deposit, and any winnings on an account found to belong to someone under 18 are void. If you share a device with children, filtering tools like Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol or the parental controls built into your phone can block gambling sites.
